Our Fall Prevention Program begins with a comprehensive assessment of your medical history, posture, strength, flexibility, balance and vestibular function to identify fall risk factors. Our physical therapists will then customize an exercise and education program specific to your needs. The goal of our Fall Prevention Program is to maximize your safety, function and self-confidence, which will reduce your risk of falls and fall-related injuries.
