Modalities

Electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and hot or cold treatments are modalities that can help relax muscles, stimulate muscles, increase range of motion, and reduce pain. Our therapists incorporate modalities with hands-on treatment and exercise to enhance the therapeutic effect.

Braces & Splints

Braces and splints are used to position, support, and protect a joint while it heals. Splints are commonly used following surgery or injury. In some cases, splints or braces may be worn to provide support or positioning during select activities.

Orthotics

Orthotics are shoe inserts that are used to correct an irregular walking pattern. They make standing, walking, and running more comfortable and efficient by altering slightly the angles at which the foot strikes a walking or running surface. Custom-made orthotics are made specifically to meet individual needs.

Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy is an individualized treatment plan to address vestibular disorders that cause dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, walking difficulties and a decline in overall fitness.
